Preparing for your consultation
At the appointment, we’ll take all measurements and discuss fitment choices, type of shutter needed, colour selection and motor/control options, as well as your budget and timeframes.
It’s important that everyone weighing in on the design of your roller shutters is present so that you can all ask questions and make an informed choice together; meaning there are no surprises on the day of install! All the big decisions are made during this free design consult and unfortunately, we don’t have time to return if someone was missing from the first appointment.
Typically 45-90 minutes, depending on the number of shutters you are looking for and the complexity of the project. At the end of your consult, we’ll provide a full design and exact costing for you to consider. We are a full-service company which allows us to price accurately on the spot, without you having to deal with other vendors (like carpenters or electricians).
Yes, we’ll bring colour samples along to help you match the shutters to your home. Our consultants also bring guides, pelmets and our full range of controllers for you to make an informed decision about customisation options. Need some inspiration?
