Preparing for your consultation

At the appointment, we’ll take all measurements and discuss fitment choices, type of shutter needed, colour selection and motor/control options, as well as your budget and timeframes.

It’s important that everyone weighing in on the design of your roller shutters is present so that you can all ask questions and make an informed choice together; meaning there are no surprises on the day of install! All the big decisions are made during this free design consult and unfortunately, we don’t have time to return if someone was missing from the first appointment.

Typically 45-90 minutes, depending on the number of shutters you are looking for and the complexity of the project. At the end of your consult, we’ll provide a full design and exact costing for you to consider. We are a full-service company which allows us to price accurately on the spot, without you having to deal with other vendors (like carpenters or electricians).

Yes, we’ll bring colour samples along to help you match the shutters to your home. Our consultants also bring guides, pelmets and our full range of controllers for you to make an informed decision about customisation options. Need some inspiration?   Great investment in your sleep quality. We purchased shutters for our bedroom because my husband works shift work but I have also really seen the benefits.   My hubby and I had Titan Security Shutters installed 5 days ago and we absolutely love them. Titan sent us an email advising us on what would take place every step of the way right up to the day of Installation.We were told our Shutters would be installed within 3 to 4 weeks and true to their word they were installed within 3 weeks.On the day of our Shutters being installed the man installing the shutters and 2 electricians turned up on time and were very friendly , the work was carried out with care and finished within 3 hours which was wonderful.The Shutters look beautiful and are of very good quality.We still need 3 or 4 Shutters down the line and will DEFENETLY go with Titan again.   The entire team at Titan Shutters is very well-organised and professional, from Belinda providing me with a quote for the roller shutters to Chad booking in all of the appointments and handling the payments. On the day of installation, the electrical and installation teams worked seamlessly in tandem to install the shutters. Ivo, Dang and Damjan efficiently inspected and connected the electrical wiring to the roller shutter motors, and Cameron, Luke and Siva made the installation of the curtains, frames and motors look easy. I highly recommend Titan Shutters! The shutters are very easy to operate with literally the push of a remote button, and they're butter-smooth!
